I'm offering 12 months of embedded operator work in exchange for direct sponsorship of my Schulich MBA. Payment goes directly to York University.

What you get: This isn't a donation. It's a service exchange.

In return for your sponsorship I embed into your workflow: research, strategy, ecosystem scouting, intuition, and signal-picking, bespoke to what you actually need. We design the scope together based on your contribution level.

I bring 12 years of operating inside systems most investors only read about. A Pakistan and US lens. A radar for non-obvious founders and ideas. An operator's nose for what breaks before it breaks.

Contribution levels:

$500 — 1 week (24 hours) One week embedded. We scope the work together.

$1,000 — 2 weeks (48 hours) Two weeks embedded. Research, strategy, scouting — whatever moves the needle for you.

$5,000 — 6 weeks (144 hours) Six weeks embedded. Deeper engagement, real deliverables.

$10,000 — 3 months (288 hours) Three months as your operator intelligence layer.

$50,000 — 12 months (1,152 hours) A full year embedded. Research, strategy, scouting, ecosystem signal from inside Schulich and the Canadian VC world as I build there. We build something together.
